Training 30th January to 5th February

It is XC time again so the poll starts on Monday.

On Thursday we have the first cooper test at the tack. This will give you a good baseline to work from in your training sessions in 2022. It will be repeated again in March. It is a 12 minute hard run, but it is only against yourself. The aim of doing one is to allow you to guage the effect training has on your speed and strength as well as your ability to keep going. Everyone is welcome, just make sure you only attend if you feel well and are not carrying a niggle.

Friday morning runs are back, Vicky is going to see how it fits in with work timings, but she will let us know if changes need to be made. They are a great way of starting a Friday!

High Vis/Reflective clothing and lights are needed now it is dark.

Sessions will still be on doodle poll. If a session has no takers, the leader can cancel the day before the session is due to take place. Please try to support these sessions as much as possible. If you can not find a link to current doodle poll please contact Mags at
