January lulls

This week in January seems to have offered a lull in races, so this week I am flooding the page with parkrun photos!

Tourism:

Daniel Whymark was concerned that he would be in more pain watching Colchester Utd at Salford City than after running South Manchester parkrun earlier in the day. I can happily report that Col Utd left the Peninsula Stadium with three goals and three points in the bag.

Rob Dyer completed his set of Copenhagen parkruns, running Amager Strandpark in 20:25, which is an all time parkrun PB. With views across to Sweden, Rob states it was a fast, flat course along the coast.

Richard Moor ran York parkrun in 20:58, a great time in a field of over 500 runners.

David Nugent was in March, running his parkrun in 46:10.

With so many ‘local’ parkruns about now, more of you are venturing to try them out. Alton Water and Markshall parkruns are proving popular with Bentley Blues.
