SENIOR RACE

Age groups for men and women with vets for both starting at v40.

Age at 1st race to count for season.

Each club to produce a spreadsheet of possible runners with their category (for quicker result)

JUNIOR RACE

Categories are U11, U13, U15, U17

Trophy for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each category with 4 best results to count.
