This is the last week of the Spring/Summer schedule so do look out for the new schedule soon. This will run through to October.

We will be trialling holding hills in Colchester and Clacton on a Tuesday for the next training schedule. This is to try to accommodate people who do their long run on a Sunday and have a rest day on a Monday.

Sessions will still be on doodle poll. If a session has no takers, the leader can cancel the day before the session is due to take place. Please try to support these sessions as much as possible. If you can not find a link to current doodle poll please contact Mags at
