It’s the last Mickey Edwards on Wednesday, forecast looks to be warm, so take care of your hydration, little and often throughout the day, so that you will be ready for the start line.

Sounds like the Friday 5 series has been an excellent way to put your training sessions into good use with PBs scattered throughout the club, well done all. This is what the training and drills are all for!
