I hope you are all having a good week of running, recuperating or resting. The doodle poll for this upcoming weeks below. It is the 3rd Thursday of the month so we have the cycle track, this time the 250m loop.
The club have sent out emails regarding volunteers for the Friday 5. Please do check and respond to these if you can help.
It is also Brian Telford’s charity 5 mile run on Sunday. Do look on FB for more information about timing and start location.
