Welcome to all our newer members of GBRC, it was great to see so many new faces at Mickey Edwards baseline run on Wednesday. I hope you all enjoy your running with Great Bentley.

Please find attached the link for the doodle poll for this week. On Thursday we have the 1000m track and it is a special One Mile time trial allowing you , if you wish, to take part in one of our male captain’s (Rob) charity 1 mile run. Entry to join in Rob’s one mile and get a medal is £7 – more information here:

You can obviously turn up and train and not join the charity run, we have provided this session as an opportunity to run a mile on a safe track with no vehicles to worry about.

Our Friday morning runs are about 5-6 miles long and are completed within an hour so that people can get home and be ready for work.
