Training 6th March to 12th March

This week’s sessions have been sent by Caroline, so please check your inbox to see what is on the offer. Notes from Caroline:

This week we have a run from Wivenhoe on Sunday morning. Meet at the public car park opposite the Greyhound Pub.
On Monday, there are two hill sessions as usual. Come and see how you have improved with a hills session – something to keep ticking over now XC season has finished.
Wednesday is strength and conditioning or intervals at Great Bentley.
On Thursday, it is the 4th intervals session at the cycle track. I will be there to keep an eye on your arm drive, you have been warned!
Friday morning is at 7:30am, it must be nice to see some daylight now.

High Vis/Reflective clothing and lights are needed.

Sessions will still be on doodle poll. If a session has no takers, the leader can cancel the day before the session is due to take place. Please try to support these sessions as much as possible. If you can not find a link to current doodle poll please contact Mags at
