I hope you have all had a good week. A great result at XC, well done to everyone for getting out there and achieving such a super position in the league table!
The Sunday run is on the poll from last week, see last week’s email for the link as it will be confusing with two links.
The sessions this week include: paired hills with me in Colchester or Clacton hills with Rodger, both on Monday. On Wednesday we have bootcamp at Great Bentley with Craig. Thursday see intervals session no. 3 with Paul and Fraser – look out for the information on FB later in the week, finishing off with Vicky’s early morning run on Friday.
Good luck to anyone racing this weekend. It is my race report week, so get the photos out there for me to use!

High Vis/Reflective clothing and lights are needed.
