Training 13th February to 19th February

Firstly, for those of you interested why I am on at your about arm drive, have a read of the link below – it really clearly explains how arm drive helps you with your energy efficiency and about the 80-100 degree angle of elbows at all times! (this will mean something to the Thursday track runners who currently have sore arms!)

This week we have a Sunday run from Brightlingsea, meeting by Bateman Tower car park. There is only one session of hills on Monday and that is in Clacton, so if you can not get to that, and are planning on XC next Sunday, add a hills session into your week somewhere in preparation.

High Vis/Reflective clothing and lights are needed now it is dark.

Sessions will still be on doodle poll. If a session has no takers, the leader can cancel the day before the session is due to take place. Please try to support these sessions as much as possible. If you can not find a link to current doodle poll please contact Mags at magskom.com@gmail.com
