• 8.30am
• Off road – 4 miles upwards
• Afterwards, tea, coffee etc in Dedham (if desired)

Monday 7 October

• University of Essex – Car Park ‘A’ Boundary Road
• 7pm
• Hill training
• Wear Hi-viz clothing

Wednesday 9 October

• Great Bentley Village Hall
• 7pm
• Speed training
• Wear Hi-viz clothing

Friday 11 October

• Meet at Napier Road North car park
• Car park may be busy due to pop up Mercury Theatre 
• 7pm
• 5km Baseline time trial
• Wear Hi-viz clothing
