Wednesday 24 October *** Kids boot camp session at Great Bentley – 6.45pm ***

• Ramsey Memorial Hall CO12 5EX
• 6.30pm
• Groups off at 6.45pm to 7.30pm
• Great Bentley Trail Run – Final round
• 5 miles approx
• Wear Hi-viz clothing and a Headtorch

• Structured training
