I hope you are all having a good week of running. This next week sees the return of the Mickey Edwards 5k series. This week it is the baseline – time to come along and put down a time to improve over the season. This is just one of the many things GBRC offer throughout the year for your membership subs, so if you haven’t paid for this year yet, look for the link sent by our membership secretary to get yourself signed up for another year of great training and events!
