Matt Laverack – Friday 5 Race Director

I started running again back in 2010 and joined Great Bentley running club in 2017, which I can honestly say is one of my best decisions. My wife and children are also members. I have made many friends and enjoy getting involved in supporting the club, particularly for its races, helping set up and take down. This led to me volunteering to taking on the Friday 5 Race Director role.
I love to run, preferably in the wild, off the road and surrounded by beautiful countryside.
