Please note that this week’s time on feet run will be on Saturday 27th at 9.30am instead of Sunday
There is no Sunday Social this week 28th September

Please note: No ipods or music devices to be worn during any training sessions
LiRFS and CiRFs reserve the right to cancel a session if there are 2 or less runners signed up.
If you sign up and are no longer can attend, please try to remove your name, or let someone know if possible.
