This week’s training session form can be found below.
I will be taking a 5-5 1/2 mile mixed terrain social run on Sunday at 8:30am, meeting at Chesterwell Coop car park.
Louise is starting a half marathon training block on Sunday over at Kingscliff in Holland on Sea at 9am, working towards a late summer half marathon:
From this Sunday (25th) I will be offering a 16-week training plan for anyone who is running a half marathon in September. I am aware there are a number of us taking part at the St Helena Hospice half on 7th Sept therefore every Sunday I will be leading a long “time on feet” run from various locations. This Sunday will be starting with 65 mins out and back from the Kingscliff, Holland on Sea at 9am running at an easy conversational pace. All abilities are welcome, and I will be using my whistle for any speedier runners! Come along and join in with the fun in the sun!
On Tuesday, hills is meeting at Matalan and on Wednesday, it is the second Mickey Edwards 5km race.
