Hi all,
Here is the form for this week. There is non run on Sunday due to Colchester half etc. Louise’s long steady run sessions will resume on 23rd March.
There will be a new summer running schedule out soon, which will include Mickey Edwards dates on it. There are 2 more track sessions on a Thursday.
Have a good week of running, good luck to anyone racing this weekend. I will be cheering on at the Colchester half just before you ascend North Hill!
