Training 1st February to 8th February

Hi everyone,
I hope you are all keeping well, I am sidelined with a chest infection and am very frustrated to not be out there training.
Louise is moving the long training run to Saturday 1st February this week to avoid the GBRC half on Sunday. She will be meeting you at Great Bentley Village hall at 9am and after a warm up, you will be running out and back for 115 minutes in total, with speedier people being called back on the whistle. The route will allow anyone who wishes to do less to turn back too. There will time for a cuppa afterwards.
Sunday, as we know, is our half so no sessions. The rest of the week follows the normal pattern.
