Training 26th January to 1st February

Hi,
This weekend we have XC at Wix, Louise is offering a long run at 9am, a repeat of the 92 minute run from last week meeting at Kingscliff hotel. She will then be offering a run next Saturday morning, as we have GBRC half on the Sunday. Next Saturday’s run will be just over 2 hours.
There is bootcamp on Wednesday, so no stretching – change of session. Please see note from Paul C below.
Paul A is back at the track with you on Thursday.

Sadly, Craig can’t make it as he has an last minute job on for that day.
So rather than put on a session which doesn’t do Bootcamp justice we have reverted to Louise Balfour taking a running session while I’ll be doing the usual strengths and stretching in the hall.
