Hi all,
This Sunday we are offering something new, with Louise Balfour starting a long Sunday run, aimed at building time on feet for any spring marathon runners. She is starting with 76 minutes of running with a warm up and cool down meeting by Kingscliff hotel at 9am. The idea is that anyone who wants to go ahead will be called back with a whistle. Each week, when on, the time of the run will get longer. There is scope for this to be offered at other times of the year for marathon training or people who enjoy long distances. A cafe near the end has been promised.
There will also be the shorter Sunday social run too.

LiRFS and CiRFs reserve the right to cancel a session if there are 2 or less runners signed up.
