Hi all,
Here is the Google form for next week. Due to lower numbers in recent weeks and holidays we are putting Clacton session on monthly. This will be reviewed.
The Wednesday session will be a speed endurance out and back – running out with ease, back with effort (aiming to bee back with time to breathe before you run out again).
