This week’s sessions have been sent out so please check your inbox to see what is on the offer. Notes from Caroline:
Hi all,
Well done to those of you who came and did the Mickey Edwards route yesterday, good to see so much strong running, especially given the heat. The new schedule is attached, it is only 5 weeks long as we are due to look at the outcomes of the training questionnaire sent out to you earlier this year, which may have some impact on future training, so I am not writing a long term schedule until that is decided. Do take a look at what is on offer for July.
This week Paul C is meeting you at the Greyhound Pub (car park opposite it) in Wivenhoe on Sunday at 8:30am. On Monday, Louise is meeting you down at Brighton Road, CO15 5ST at 6:30pm.
On Tuesday, there is hills with Craig, meeting at Matalan at 6:30pm, whilst on Wednesday it is me, and we will be working on speed endurance, this will be slightly different to on the whistle, but it will be out around the lanes.
There is not a Thursday session this week, but hopefully we will see lots of you volunteering and perhaps running at our Friday 5!
