Hi all,
This weekend sees us put on our half marathon – good luck to all of those running, there will be lots of support from us marshals!!
The schedule this week sees hills at Manningtree on Monday, meeting at the co-op carpark at 6:30pm. Paul and Fraser have revealed that next week’s intervals session will be a reverse of the session this week , so 5mins x 2, down to 1 min x 2 with 60 seconds recovery in between each effort. It is great to see so many at the track and also so much improvement in pace and form.
