Training 17th December to 23th December

Hi all,
There will be a new schedule out in the new year.
This Sunday sees our breakfast run, which you signed up for on a separate form sent by Magdalena – this is happening from 9am on Sunday and we have been sent an email with more details in.
The Wednesday run is the Fish and Chip run, Marion will have given your orders in to Riverside ready for Wednesday.
On Thursday, Paul A is running a 60n minutes of 7s session. This involves running at pace during the minute/s with a 7 in, or a multiple of 7! It is fun, and challenging at the same time!
I hope to see lots of you on Saturday and Sunday.
