Please find this week’s Google form below. Please remember to sign up if you want to go, as leaders have the right to cancel if there is not the uptake for their session.
This week sees the return of Bootcamp with Craig on Wednesday. Cross training is a great way to improve your running.
On Thursday, Paul A will be doing week 3 of his 6 week plan with you all. 6pm sharp at the track to get the most out of the hour.
Friday is being led by Paul C and is meeting back at Welshwood Park Road.
There are quite a few races this weekend, so good luck to anyone taking part in one.
