Training 3rd September to 9th September

This week’s sessions have been sent out so please check your inbox to see what is on the offer. Notes from Caroline:

This week there is no Sunday run because many of us are taking part in the Essex Way Relay. The weather is currently looking kind for the runners, let’s hope it stays that way.

The new schedule, which runs until Christmas, is also attached to this email. It gives you an idea of what sessions are happening and also where and when.
Unless there is a bootcamp or planned event (Pavement Puzzler and Fish and Chip run), there will be an option for stretching available on a Wednesday.
The XC dates are on there too.

Back to this week – Hills on Tuesday is meeting at Chanterelle car park, Highwoods CO49UJ at 6:30pm. On Wednesday, Louise is putting on an ‘on the whistle’ session to make the most of the evening light we have left. On Thursday, we are at the gravel track. NOTE: track sessions start again on 21st September. Paul Hollidge is taking Vicky’s session on Friday morning. This is the last one from Highwoods for a while, the schedule has locations on until mid October and then Vicky will let me know location for Nov/Dec.

Please remember to start digging out those high vis/reflective clothes as the days get shorter – be seen! We will be looking to use head torches/lights soon too.
