Training 2nd July to 8th July

Hi all,
I hope you have all had a good week. Please find the google form for this week below. There is a tempo run session on Wednesday, something we have not done for ages. We have different paced groups going out for between 3-5 miles. A leader aims to keep you at around that pace all the way round the run. 
On Friday, the location has moved to Highwoods, meeting at Chanterelle car park ready for a 7:30am start.
