Training 26th February to 4th March

I hope you have all had a good week. It was good to get back to coaching this week at the track and it was great to see so much good form in your running. 
This week we have a jam packed training schedule for you. The social 8:30am run at Dedham requires road shoes as you will be doing the Dedham 10k route with Marion. 
There is an opportunity to run the GBRC half marathon route on Sunday at 9am with Patrick, this is a steady slowerpaced run aimed at around 11 minute miles. Please remember that this is 13.1 miles so you will need drink and fuel.
Thursday sees session 2 of the 5km training plan – don’t worry if you didn’t get to the first one, each session is stand alone but these can offer an opportunity to reflect on how your training is going over a period of time if you attend more than one.
Friday sees the welcome return of the Friday morning run. Vicky is meeting you all at Ardleigh, at the crossroads car park which is opposite the church (on the right if you are driving from Colchester, heading out towards Lawford). There is no charge, but there is a height restriction of 6ft 6 if any of you have tall vehicles!

Sessions will still be on doodle poll. If a session has no takers, the leader can cancel the day before the session is due to take place. Please try to support these sessions as much as possible. If you can not find a link to current doodle poll please contact Mags at magskom.com@gmail.com
