Training 9th October to 15th October

This week’s sessions have been sent our so please check your inbox to see what is on the offer. Notes from Caroline:

The night time sessions are now held in darkness, apart from under floodlights at the cycle track, so please can I remind you that a headtorch/body light is a requirement when taking part in these sessions. Reflective clothing, or bibs are also a good idea. We need to be seen by others using the areas we run. Bright colours are not seen in the dark, please have a look at the video below (cycling based, but it’s the same principle)

Sessions will still be on doodle poll. If a session has no takers, the leader can cancel the day before the session is due to take place. Please try to support these sessions as much as possible. If you can not find a link to current doodle poll please contact Mags at magskom.com@gmail.com
