Training 14th August to 20th August

This week’s sessions have been sent our so please check your inbox to see what is on the offer. Notes from Caroline:

The main change to the schedule is the move of Clacton Hills from Tuesday to Monday. Numbers dropped right off, and we will monitor the next few weeks to see if they pick up again. Colchester Hills will stay on a Tuesday night.
Thursday is our last monthly track session. From next month (15th Sept, I think) we will be back to weekly sessions at the track!
Don’t forget that Sunday 21st August is Davina’s Trail run. There has been an email sent out about it, and I am sure we’ll be able to get information out to you again this week with details.

Sessions will still be on doodle poll. If a session has no takers, the leader can cancel the day before the session is due to take place. Please try to support these sessions as much as possible. If you can not find a link to current doodle poll please contact Mags at magskom.com@gmail.com
