Thank you to everyone who came to the Cycle track session tonight, it was a great turnout and a good session. Look out for the next one soon.
Next week’s poll is attached, please think about reflective clothing and lights as the nights are coming along earlier each week.
Enjoy Geoff Day 5k this Sunday, if you are running it. I am sorry that I will not be there.

Sessions will still be on doodle poll for a while. If a session has no takers, the leader can cancel the day before the session is due to take place.
